Cancellation Policy
Please notify me if it is an emergency so we can work something out !
* A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.
* Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance to transfer your deposit to a new appointment.
* Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
* No-shows will forfeit their deposit and may be required to prepay future appointments in full.
* Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their service shortened or may need to reschedule, depending on the remaining appointment time.
